While a significant part of the properties managed by our company are in the Tri-Cities area (Glendale, Burbank, and Pasadena), our clients’ properties are widespread throughout the Valleys and the rest of Los Angeles County.

Our clients have come to learn the benefits of our “hands-on” approach to property management. It is common practice for Paul, himself, to assess and evaluate all needed work, before assigning the work to the proper vendor, and then to climb on roofs, inspect under sink installations and all other work for quality and correctness, prior to authorizing final payment. It doesn’t stop there: Locker Realty Mgmt.’s staff of skilled managers have the mind-set that “when we need to spend our clients’ money, we do so as if we were spending our own”.
